Good things to know.
Does MovingSoon change my address for me?
You make the changes directly with each provider or agency. MovingSoon helps you remember accounts, prepare the information, follow links and record your progress. It does not sign in to providers or submit address changes automatically.
Can I use it for a US or Canadian move?
MovingSoon accepts US ZIP and Canadian postal codes. Your household answers and selected services help shape the checklist. Confirm eligibility, coverage and deadlines with the relevant organization, particularly for cross-border moves.
Do I have to enable location reminders?
No. Checklist notifications work without location access. Nearby reminders require an explicit 30-day choice; background operation needs Always location permission and notifications. You can stop them in the app. iOS controls delivery, and reopening the app refreshes its finite notification schedule.
Does it import shipment or renewal dates?
You enter those dates yourself. Separate accounts can have individual shipment dates, renewal dates and reminder lead times. MovingSoon does not retrieve orders, change deliveries or renew memberships.
Can I share my checklist or move it to another phone?
You can manually share a readable checklist or export a backup. Restoring a backup adds archived copies without overwriting existing moves. Backups are readable files, so keep them private. Sharing creates a snapshot; there is no automatic device synchronization or live household editing.
When can I download it, and what will it cost?
MovingSoon is being prepared for release and is not yet published on the App Store. The planned US price is $4.99 as a one-time paid download. Final availability and regional pricing will appear on the App Store.
